We’re nerds. Some have called us perfectionists, but we scoff at this. We have so much more to offer than perfection. We are playfully, delightedly, and very seriously at war with the world's love affair with mass produced efficiency and flying in the face of a philosophy that asks us what we can get away with not doing. We're that person—hand up, front row, full of questions in the pursuit of the colour, texture, and flavour of life (i.e. baked goods).
